These terms describe how you may use THE BANDO — the lot at thebando.cc and the games linked from it, including SPRAIN on games.thebando.cc, SWEET-D on diner.thebando.cc, and BAY 9 on drag.thebando.cc. THE BANDO is operated by IGNIUM LLC.

By opening a door and playing, you agree to this page. If you do not, do not use the site. There is nothing to uninstall: close the tab.

THE GAMES

The games run in the browser tab you already have open. There is no store, no required download, and no required account. Guest progress is stored on your own device. An optional BANDO account (username and PIN, no email) exists only to carry a save between devices, as described in Privacy.

All players, teams and coaches in these games are fictional. No real athletes, likenesses or team marks are used. Do not treat names, records, or match results as anything other than a game.

SPRAIN's simulation is deterministic for a given seed and input. That is a game design fact, not a promise that every session will feel the same on every device.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

• Play the games for personal, non-commercial use.
• Link to THE BANDO and to an individual game's how-to page or play URL.
• Stop at any time. Clearing site data deletes local saves.

You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute the games, art, or catalogs as your own product, wrap them in a store listing, or use them to imply IGNIUM LLC endorses something it does not.

ACCOUNTS

A BANDO account is optional. If you make one, you are responsible for the PIN. The PIN is stored only as a bcrypt hash; if you lose it, IGNIUM LLC cannot read it or recover the account for you. Requesting deletion of an account, when a contact mailbox exists, removes the username, the hash, and every synced save with it.

ADVERTISING

Content pages on thebando.cc may show ads from Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-6396285394716461) in reserved boxes labelled “Advertisement”. Ads sit in the page's normal flow. They are not menu items, they do not sit against PLAY buttons, and they do not cover a game canvas. There are no ads inside a match. Google's own terms and opt-out tools apply to those ads — policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

CHILDREN

The games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. Since no account requires an email or a real name, there is nothing personal to collect in the first place.

NO WARRANTY

THE BANDO and the games on it are provided as they currently run, including prototype loops (SWEET-D says so on its own page). IGNIUM LLC does not promise uptime, that a save will survive a browser clear, or that a feature on a how-to page is still in the build you loaded.

CHANGES

This page can change when the lot does. The date at the top is the date of this text. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new text.
